EVENT DESCRIPTION

REGISTER! Find the facebook event page for your nearest participating location. Contact the local coordinator to register and pay. Registration is not complete without payment and slots are limited for each event.

Competition dives are released within 24 hours of league night!

How the night works:
Arrive at tunnel 45 mins prior to event. Check-in with hosting tunnel staff and local coordinator.
Briefing begins 30 minutes prior to flight time. Teammates for each round are announced in the briefing. After getting your teammates it’s time to dirt dive! Discuss wind speeds with each teammate and communicate accordingly with hosting tunnel staff!

6 x 1-minute competition rounds for each flyer
Rounds 1-2 BELLY/BACK; Rounds 3-6 HEADUP/HEADDOWN
*certain locations may be different based on power restrictions

35 seconds scored flight time starts as soon as both flyer’s feet leave the antechamber floor, remaining 25 seconds is yours to fly as you please! Lights will flash at 25 seconds to alert flyers that scoring time has ended.

Judging is live, so scores will be announced that night to crown a winner! Competitors carry individual scores, and all scores are tallied following the 6th round where a local champion will be crowned. The National Scoreboard will be posted online to compare scores from all locations across the country.

Cost is $60 per participant for 6 competition flight rounds. No teammate is needed to participate in these events; flyers will be randomly paired with a new teammate for each round. Scramble rules and dive-flows are based on the IBA’s 2way VFS competitive discipline rules found here:
