EVENT DESCRIPTION

All Levels Tunnel Fusion Retreat

“Fuse” – Mind Body & Flying! Fusion Flow retreats are a unique concept integrating yoga, nutrition and flying. They are events that will not only boost your progress in the airflow but also promote health, well being and body awareness, blow your mind with information on how to fuel yourself efficiently with food and help you to condition your body to support your flying. We will help you to bring a whole new level of thought, focus and awareness to taking care of yourself.

One on one coaching, shared coached flying, huck jams, daily group yoga classes and a private yoga class, plant based meals for the whole retreat, 1 on 1 nutrition coaching, accommodation… and so much more is included. You don’t want to miss the chance of being a part of this event!

This retreat will be held in Katowice, Poland flying at the new Flyspot tunnel in Poland! Open for all levels of participants, and we have only 10 slots available.

Joining us as a guest tunnel coach is the amazing Reed Ramage – tunnel coach, tunnel instructor and a passionate yogi.
